Luke Wallrich

Currently leading the strategy, negotiation, and stewardship of a multi-million-dollar annual sponsorship and industry partnership portfolio spanning 60+ multi-year agreements. Over the past five years, I have standardized and strengthened the commercial model for this vertical, replacing one-off agreements with a consistent, nonprofit-aligned framework built around long-term return on innovation. This structure has driven strong renewal performance and enabled intentional, scalable growth. I serve as primary negotiator and agreement architect across new and renewing partnerships, closing 20+ contracts annually. Most recently, I delivered more than 3x annual new business targets through structured multi-year agreements aligned to defined scientific and operational need. In partnership with cross-functional leadership, I co-designed and launched the Innovation Partnership platform, transforming a fragmented resource model into a unified engine integrating cash and in-kind support to equip early-stage biotech companies with critical resources, knowledge transfer, and industry connectivity. I led the commercial architecture and early partner negotiations that brought the model to market. I co-lead executive-level ecosystem programming, including the annual Partnerships Summit and BIO-aligned initiatives, collaborating across internal stakeholders to strengthen relationships among pharma, venture, and emerging biotech founders. I also represent LabCentral externally in senior industry and global forums, including JPM and international biotech conferences. Over the past five years, I have hosted and advised dozens of international delegations exploring ecosystem development and spoken internationally on the structure and economics of the Kendall Square biotech cluster, serving as a translator between founders, industry, and capital.
