• Senior staff member of the HMS Therapeutics Initiative: o Play an active role in shaping the overall direction of the initiative. • Q-FASTR Program Leadership: o Actively guide faculty in brainstorming and shaping potential new projects. o Facilitate their funding application process ensuring optimal chances for funding. o Chair the Executive Steering Committee -- comprising venture capitalists, pharma/biotech scientists, and professors -- to rigorously evaluate and select projects for funding. • Project management group Leadership: o Lead and mentor a dynamic team of 3 project managers who oversee daily operations and progress of Q-FASTR, BTCA, HMS Therapeutics Translator projects, and AbbVie collaboration. • BTCA Program Stewardship: o Guide professors on potential projects and advise on their applications. o Participate in the process of evaluating and selecting projects for funding. • B3 Translator Project - Science Lead: o Designed the research plan and fostered the formation of a collaborative team. o Supervise scientific execution.
